Misty Waters of Sharplin Falls — This place is close to home for me, somewhere I grew up around but hadn't been back to in years — so after heavy rain the day before, I decided it was time to re-explore it. You could smell the bush and hear the river before you even reached it.
I've always had a love for rivers and lakes, growing up spending whole summers swimming in them, and there's something mesmerising about water moving over rock — never taking quite the same path twice. I took my time that day, just watching it, away from everything else for a while.
